Ubilium provides Professional Services Support for Bell Mobility
Hot Spot Initiative
Montreal, Quebec, March 1 2005, Ubilium announced today that they will be providing professional services to support the Bell Mobility Hot Spot public network project. With this project, Bell Mobility will be rolling out a pay per use Wi-Fi hot spot service that will include approximately 700 locations across Canada in the first year of deployment alone. Customers at Bell Mobility's hot spot locations will be able to access the Internet through their WiFi-enabled laptops, PDAs and other devices using the CIRA/CHRA network. Through this service, Canadians will benefit from the ability to access a network of literally hundreds of hot spot locations, regardless of the 'owner' of the hot spot, using a single account. With their extensive Wi-Fi and mobile network expertise, Ubilium will be providing comprehensive customer service through the 24x7 help desk, proactive network monitoring and timely reporting of user and billing activity.
Since 1998, Ubilium has successfully provided broadband service management solutions within a range of vertical markets. Through its diverse operator partnerships, Ubilium solutions currently service a wide array of facilities including hotels, conference centers, airports and colleges. Each month over 100,000 end-users connect to Ubilium powered services that are being used in hundreds of locations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
